Group Fun Day And AGM

The group funday and AGM on 16th June had lower numbers than usual but it was just as good. Lots of people got out on the canoes, a great BBQ was cooked by Ashley and Rob and the rest of the food was prepared by the ladies. Thank you all for you hard work. We had about 50 people for the AGM Which went well they heard how much work had gone into the year, and what a year it’s been.
We announced our new website and that we were looking at mini busses, and thanked the exec for all their hard work over the year. They were all re elected as were the officers.

Andrea gave a breakdown of the accounts and explained what it all meant. She has worked hard this year with TSB proving to be a real pain so thank you Andrea also a big thank you to our secretary who could not be with us thanks Penny for all you do and hosting us all.

The evening came and so did the old boys for the annual BBQ for the second year running. A massive camp fire and more meat than you could eat and of course some lemonade and juice!
